# Anthropicがエルビスの楽曲でAIモデルを訓練したとして提訴される

エルビス・プレスリーの音楽の権利者が、金曜日にAnthropicを著作権侵害で提訴した。提訴によると、Anthropicは許可なくレジェンダーの274曲をAIモデルの訓練に使用した。訴訟の中で、弁護士のリチャード・ブッシュは「被告は著作権侵害に基づいたビジネスモデルを構築している」と述べた。

これまでこの種の提訴は主にSunoなどのAI音楽生成サービスが対象であった。
