# Ricoh launches RICOH AI App Mall powered by Dify for enterprise app sharing

Ricoh launched the RICOH AI App Mall powered by Dify on October 1, a community-based platform that lets enterprises share Dify applications across organizations. The service opens to customers who have contracted Dify licenses or related services from Ricoh, who can use the marketplace at no additional cost. The platform builds on Ricoh Group's internal experience, where roughly 30,000 group employees used a Dify environment and created about 1,200 applications by July. From that internal practice, Ricoh selected approximately 50 applications with proven real-world use cases and general applicability to publish on the mall. Published apps include tools for drafting proposals from customer reports, classifying and prioritizing inquiries, generating reply templates, and analyzing free-text survey responses.

Additional apps cover data extraction and error checking from PDF forms, quality defect analysis, inspection report creation from on-site photos, and masking confidential information in documents, targeting sales, customer support, accounting, general affairs, manufacturing, and construction workflows. Companies can download desired apps as YAML files and import them into their own Dify environments, using them directly or customizing them for specific business needs. Business data remains managed within each company's Dify environment. The community-based model allows participating enterprises to share applications, addressing the risk of duplicated development efforts when similar business challenges are solved separately across organizations. Posters publish under nicknames without displaying company or individual names, and submissions undergo multi-stage review combining automated checks with manual confirmation by operators.

Dify, developed by LangGenius, is an open-source large language model application development platform supporting no-code creation of retrieval-augmented generation apps, AI agents, and complex AI workflows. Ricoh serves as an official sales and implementation partner for Dify, offering licenses, deployment support, and related solutions. Future plans for the mall include community-based Q&A features, AI agent-assisted question answering, and expert consultation functions. Ricoh aims to support customers from Dify licensing through implementation to sustained usage, applying internally accumulated generative AI expertise to enterprise business transformation.
