# x3d launches internal AI ambassador training program on October 1, 2026

x3d will commence its new program aimed at developing internal AI ambassadors and key personnel starting October 1, 2026. This initiative is designed to enhance AI utilization among all employees while fostering a dedicated department for AI agent development and business redesign over a six-month period.

The program, titled "x3d-style AI Series | Comprehensive Package for Internal AI Ambassador and Key Personnel Training Program," focuses on three distinct roles: all employees, ambassadors, and promoting departments. It aims to build a structured approach using actual business data and processes.

x3d identifies three main challenges in the integration of generative AI into business systems. These include a lack of individuals capable of creating frameworks, the concentration of responsibility among a few personnel, and commencing projects without a clear completion goal. An analysis from their "Generative AI Management Survey" reveals that 60.1% of respondents have only engaged with AI superficially, while 33.9% are potential candidates for promotion roles.

The program will follow a six-stage model of AI proficiency proposed by x3d, which provides a common language for visualizing current capabilities and planning the next steps. The training structure will include online sessions, in-person workshops, and various levels of agent utilization training, with a focus on practical application using the company’s own operational data.

Tools supported by the program include Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft 365 Copilot among other major generative AI platforms. x3d emphasizes a design philosophy that ensures participants do not encounter setbacks, providing support at critical transition points between stages of learning.

x3d has a background of conducting training for over 1,800 corporate clients and has engaged more than 5,000 participants since its inception.
