Bank of America has hired 1,000 consultants to assist its staff in addressing vulnerabilities identified by the Claude Mythos AI model. Additionally, 3,000 employees from its own workforce are participating in the effort. The cost to resolve these bugs is expected to reach hundreds of millions of dollars, although Bank of America believes this investment will pay off in the long run.

Brian Moynihan, the bank's CEO, stated, "Once it is fixed, you do not need to fix as much. The flow moves forward," in a comment to CNBC.
