The company revealed official images of the Mate 90 Pro Max special edition, featuring a dual-tone design reminiscent of the Mate 60 series, with a new green color option introduced.
Previous reports indicated that the Mate 90 series has started offline distribution, with four models’ SKU revealed:
Mate 90 version: 12+256GB/12+512GB/12+1TB, available in black, white, pink, and green.
Mate 90 Pro version: 12+256GB/12+512GB/16+512GB/16+1TB, available in black, white, orange, and green.

The Huawei Mate 90 series smartphones are expected to be powered by the latest Kirin flagship processor, continuing the ring design. The RS version features an octagonal design, possibly shifting to a triple-camera setup with a single periscope telephoto lens. The Kirin 9050 Pro processor has been officially announced, marking it as the first logical folding τ chip. Reports suggest that the top-performing device will be the Huawei Mate 90 Pro Max.
