Meta has announced a significant funding plan totaling up to $95 billion, aimed at supporting the ongoing development of its core business and emerging artificial intelligence sectors. This announcement was made on October 26, 2026, local time in the United States.

The $95 billion will be divided into several parts, including $22.5 billion in Class A common stock sold forward, $12.5 billion in mandatory convertible preferred stock, and up to $60 billion in potential Class C common stock to be issued at market value.

NVIDIA, AMD, and Broadcom are reportedly interested in purchasing up to $5 billion of Meta's Class A common stock.

Meta stated that its investments in artificial intelligence have already yielded tangible returns by enhancing user engagement, improving advertising effectiveness, and increasing profitability.

The company expects its capital expenditures to reach $135 billion to $145 billion in 2026. Meta plans to fund its artificial intelligence investments through a balanced mix of operating cash flow, investment-grade debt, strategic partnerships, and equity capital.
