Meta establishes new Meta Enterprise Platform for business AI integration

Meta has launched a new business division called Meta Enterprise Platform, aimed at assisting enterprise clients in implementing AI within their organizations. This initiative represents a significant expansion in AI capabilities, following the recent introduction of Muse, an AI assistant, which received positive feedback in the United States.

The Meta Enterprise Platform is designed to leverage multiple strengths that only a few companies possess, including leading AI models, AI assistants, large-scale processing infrastructure, and deep insights into business customer needs gained from extensive experience. Meta plans to integrate various tools such as Muse Agent, Meta Business Agent, Muse API, Muse Code, and additional resources to empower enterprise clients.

Chirantan Desai will lead this new division as the head of the Enterprise Platform. Previously, Desai served as the CEO of MongoDB and has also held positions as an engineer at Cloudflare and COO at ServiceNow. This leadership change takes effect immediately. Additionally, MongoDB has announced the appointment of Dev Ittycheria as the interim CEO following his previous role as CEO, which he transitioned to Desai last year.

Meta’s initiative reflects its commitment to enhancing AI integration in the business sector, providing enterprises with the necessary tools and support to transition effectively into AI-driven operations.
