A new Yougov survey conducted on behalf of Tieto shows that 19 percent of Swedes can consider allowing AI to make a diagnosis without human involvement. Thirty-eight percent would accept AI independently analyzing X-rays and test results. Twenty-six percent are okay with letting AI answer a patient's questions without human intervention.

The survey simultaneously indicates that Swedish people's trust in AI within the healthcare system is divided. Thirty-three percent report feeling insecure about the responsible use of AI, while thirty-one percent feel secure. The survey indicates that there is acceptance for AI solutions in healthcare.
