Anthropic files official application for IPO

Anthropic, the developer of Claude, announced that it has made an official application for an initial public offering (IPO) on its website. The company submitted its S-1 filing to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and confirmed that its shares will trade on Nasdaq under the symbol "ANT." The number and price of the shares to be offered have not yet been determined, although the process is expected to potentially value the company at up to 2 trillion dollars.
