Meta unveiled two new AI models called Muse Wonder and Muse Wonder Full. The models are described as the most advanced AI systems the company has released to date. They are positioned as successors to the earlier Muse Spark model and are intended to act as autonomous agents capable of handling complex tasks. The announcement was made on October 12 2026. Both models are designed to remember important user information and to maintain focus during long running tasks. They can generate full applications from scratch and can track code changes, tests and revisions without losing context.
Meta says the models can work with legal financial and medical information because they have been trained on specialized knowledge. In benchmark testing Muse Wonder Full achieved a score that placed it above Claude Fable 5.1 GPT-6 Astra and Gemini 4 Argon on the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index but it remained below Claude Opus 5.5. The company claims the models represent a significant leap forward compared with the performance of Meta systems just one year earlier. Meta also says it has built safeguards to prevent the models from leaking private data or following harmful instructions.
The models include protections against cybersecurity abuse and against misuse in chemical biological radiological and nuclear domains. Muse Wonder will be offered through the Meta API and through Muse Code. Muse Wonder Full will be available only to subscribers of Muse Code. Access to the models through the consumer Muse app will be prioritized for paying members.
