AI SDK harness layer gains native subscription authentication for agents

The AI SDK harness layer now supports authenticating coding agents through native subscriptions on the host, requiring no code changes or new settings.
Engineers can now use existing subscription credentials for coding agents without managing API keys, and credentials remain on the host. This works across multiple harness adapters, simplifying agent switching. However, the ai-gateway mode explicitly does not use native subscriptions, so teams relying on that mode won't benefit.
