Microsoft and AWS launch private 100 Gbps multicloud interconnect in preview

Microsoft and AWS are collaborating on a service combining Azure Multicloud Interconnect with AWS Interconnect, multicloud to provide private links up to 100 Gbps between the two platforms, with Azure's side currently in preview.
This reduces multicloud networking setup from weeks or months to a simplified provisioning experience, with MACsec security and four-nines availability promised. It extends a pattern started by AWS and Google Cloud, with AWS now covering Azure, Google Cloud, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure through its Interconnect, multicloud offering.
