Teams shipping AI features into the EU market now face mandatory disclosure and labeling requirements with fines up to €15 million or 3 percent of global annual turnover for non-compliance. Providers must build explicit user notifications into AI systems and add machine-readable marks to synthetic audio, image, video, and text, while deployers must label deepfake content designed to appear real.
