NetBSD RAIDframe adds N-way RAID 1 mirroring and scrubbing support

A Google Summer of Code 2026 project adds N-way RAID 1 support and RAID scrubbing to NetBSD's RAIDframe.
RAIDframe users can now configure mirrors with more than two disks, improving redundancy for critical data. Scrubbing adds a way to detect read failures proactively. The changes address long-standing limitations in NetBSD's RAID implementation.
